I grew tired of walking into coffee shops, seeing low-quality plastic tea bags and basic flavors. Compared to the variety of coffee options, it seems that tea is always a last thought.
Tea is so multi-dimensional, yet tea shops (differing from apothecaries) are always so far and few between.
