We outside this summer!!
Grab your mat and a water bottle to come get grounded and free with me! I’ll lead a beginner friendly vinyasa yoga flow, accompanied by funky jazz playing in the background. We’ll build up a sweet sweat by focusing on intentional breathing & active engagement throughout the whole body.
Hand over your stress and worries to the earth. in exchange you’ll receive all that you need to energize & amplify your spirit.

Join us at Love Life Pole Studio for Twerk Fundamentals with Felicia followed by Twerk Choreography with Destani and Miyani.
4:30 PM - 5:00 PM - Warm up and fundamentals with Felicia. Prepare your lower back and learn how your feet and knees contribute to your twerk. We'll begin with three basic skills essential for developing your twerking style, including an intro to butt muscle control to warm up and get you ready for the choreography.
5:00 PM - 6:00 PM - Let's get comfortable with the movements and learn some professional choreography where we incorporate twerk in a way that feels natural and fun!
This workshop is beginner friendly!
